Bernard and Holly are quintessential examples of Dedeluxe Living.
Born in Berlin, Germany to Turkish immigrants, Bernard’s family retired before they were 40 years old on the coast of the Aegean where they still live today. Seeking a life of his own, Bernard moved to the USA in his 20’s and began as a dishwasher in a neighborhood restaurant. Within a few years, he was opening restaurants, tire shops, and grocery stores and selling them for profit.
Holly was born in Milton, Florida and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. Growing up, she was told she could be anything she wanted to be. She observed entrepreneurship by watching her Father revive historic homes to their original splendor, and even work for the city government to provide affordable housing to citizens of Montgomery.
Bernard and Holly met on a blind date in Columbus, Ohio. It was love at first sight! The rest, as they say, is history!
Together, they are serial entrepreneurs who married and moved to Charlotte , NC about 20 years ago. They are “Mom” and “Dad” to twin boys, and they run this boutique real estate firm in NC and SC where they specialize in defining their clients ideal lifestyles, and expressing those in Real Estate.
